Walgreen's: advantages & disadvantages

I went to new Walgreen's on the corner of Aycock and Spring Garden, which is a pharmacy/convenience store/grocery store. It is in a great location right off campus; students are able to walk to this location because it is only minutes away from the middle campus. It is also walking distance for those who live right off campus like myself, I could easily walk there in five minutes from my apartment in University Village.

I believe that this Walgreen's has more advantages than disadvantages because of its convenient location. They get a lot of business from college students because it is basically on UNCG's campus. One disadvantage of this Walgreen's location is that CVS is right next to it, and CVS usually has lower prices than Walgreen's, so a lot of people would prefer CVS over Walgreen's because of their prices. One other disadvantage is their entrance, if you are driving down Spring Garden towards campus, you cannot turn into Walgreen's without waiting at a light and turning onto Aycock. Their parking is not an advantage or a disadvantage, it is just a parking lot. Overall, I think that this Walgreen's is at a good location.
